I started my own virtual assistance practice back in 2004.

Within six months of opening my virtual assistance business, I had a full practice. I had more clients than I could handle so I brought on my very first team member to help me with overflow work. Then I brought on another and another... until I had an actual team built inside of my business.
I worked on automating my systems and perfecting our client intake process while I watched the industry to see where the clients were "hanging out" and what the most lucrative marketing tactics were.
